Technology Management Consultant

A team leader working in a cross-functional role that combines service delivery, relationship building, and management support. The consultant will work with experts in wireless, IT and telecom industry to develop and maintain project plans, provide help desk support, interact directly with clients, support tool set and services, provide client training, and assist with new business development. This positions supports the senior financial analyst with the consistent delivery of services for new and existing clients. Helping build and maintain client relationships requires this person to have expertise in integrating our service suite as well as supporting our innovative life cycle management of services to insure client satisfaction.

Client Director

The client director role is a senior sales account manager position focused on the Fortune 2000 marketplace.  The position will be the lead relationship manager who manages the key client executive relationships to drive new revenue and retention.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The client director will:

  • Build and maintain key executive relationships with clients and act as a trusted executive advisor, have a thorough understanding clients business and be able to position ClearSky’s offerings as strategic solutions that have tangible business impact to a client’s top and bottom line growth.
  • Drive new business revenue opportunities, manage master contracts renewals while focused on improving client satisfaction and retention.
  • Acquire new clients through outreach efforts (direct selling, social media, networking, and events) as well as build and maintain a funnel to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • The candidate must have the ability to present and explain consulting solutions, managed services and be viewed as an “expert” by the clients.

 

Job Specifications:

  • 10+ years of experience within direct B2B sales, enterprise and or account management.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written communications, negotiation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience in any of these areas: technology, cloud, infrastructure, professional services, and experience selling to Fortune 2000 accounts preferred.
  • Experience in managing, complex deal negotiations and closing deals in the $500K – $10M range.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Home office and or office environment
  • Travel required for client meetings
